Hello New Jersey Swimming!

I hope everyone had a GREAT Labor day!  

A couple quick registration notes:

1. To register this year you will need to use SWIMS- www.usaswimming.org.   There are guides for you to use at: https://www.usaswimming.org/about-usas/resources/swims-database/coaches-team-leaders 

2. NJ Swimming has decided to continue to use SWIMS for team renewals.  When you register your team is USA swimming, you will also be registering your team with NJ Swimming.   It is very quick and simple.  You got to your dashboard, click "Club" on the menu bar and then click "Club Renewal."  It took me 5 minutes.  

3. NJ Swimming has eliminated transfer fees.  So all transfers will have to do so through SWIMS and they will be processed.  There is no longer an additional form to fill out.    

4. If you have certification updates for any of your staff, please have them email [email protected].  The updates will be processed within 48 hours. 

5. The Meet application form is live again.  It will be on its own page for you to process your meets.  All SC and LC meet applications for 2026 should have been submitted already.  If you have not done so, please do so this week.  We are working to maintain a clear calendar so that all teams have an opportunity to attend meets.
